4th CSI Cardiac Prevent 2019

Dear Colleague,
Incidence of Cardiovascular Disease (CVD) is increasing at an alarming rate in India and other South East Asian countries. A huge chunk of national and personal income is spent on treatment costs. Hence Prevention of CVD is of great importance in a developing country like India. The CSI Preventive Council conducts a national conference on Prevention of CVD every two years to help physicians understand and address this issue. This year the conference is been held in the beautiful city of Guwahati, the Gateway to the North East.
The North East is famous for it natural beauty, world heritage wild life sanctuaries like Kaziranga and Manas, and exotic hill stations like Shillong and Tawang.
